Karen Possley -

I'm having fun doing my squats, lunges, hinges, and other cross training on days off from running when I walk my dog. I alternate the exercises with walking. My neighbors probably think I'might crazy.

I finally got through all the videos and have done all the exercises regularly. I like that I don't have to use any gym equipment. Also that the core is stressed in the workout. My favorite and most challenging exercise is the hinge. The meditations are all great, especially the finish.
I'm 2 weeks from my marathon. Could you remind me about tapering? How many miles per week and how to avoid gaining weight are 2 questions I have.

Susan -

So glad to have Healthy Body Holiday available again this year. Helps me to stay grounded during the holidays!
